Take-Away on-line ordering
As a standalone website or integrated with your existing website, our on-line ordering system provides an easy to use interface for your customers to choose and order their dishes from your take-away menu. The orders will then be sent to your control panel instantly, or can be received by fax or e-mail. We also monitor the system constantly to ensure that all runs smoothly.

Because we are so confident that you will increase your take-away revenue using our system, we will charge nothing for set-up or future menu changes, we will only charge 5% of each confirmed orders. All you need is a computer with broadband or a fax machine to receive your orders.

• On-line credit / debit card payments
  Transactions are authenticated and processed instantly - No Merchant ID necessary. Our preferred on-line payment system, provided by Nochex is simple to set up, easy to use, with low transaction fees (2.9% + 20p).

• Distance checker
  As well as showing the customer how far they are from you this is used to check if they are within delivery distance and add any delivery charge that applies.

• Configurable customer charges, discounts and offers
  Examples include:
                           'FREE delivery within 3 miles for orders over £20'
                           '10% off for collected orders over £12'
                           '£5 off your first on-line order'
                           'Free bottle of wine with orders over £30'
  
  In fact, all of your charges, discounts and offers can be included and shown in the customers order.

• Control Panel
  Running on a PC with broadband internet, our control panel ensures immediate receipt of all orders, using the latest technology to provide you with all the features necessary to manage, confirm and print your orders.

• Customer Authentication & security
  All measures are built in to ensure the validity of each order, such as detecting where the customer is ordering from. We also send a message with the first order from any new customer giving you the option to verify the order by phone. Once the customers order is validated / confirmed all subsequent orders will display an 'existing customer' message.

• Monitored System
  We constantly monitor your on-line ordering system to ensure the smooth running of the service. For example if you have not turned on your 'Control Panel' or have not clicked on an order, we will phone you or take the appropriate action.

• SMS Text Alerts
  We can send you alerts to your mobile phone, to let you know of specific events. This can be configured to your needs, for example if you receive a lot of orders, or a particularly large order while you are closed, we can text you the amounts and delivery times of these orders.
  Set-up, menu updates and support/monitoring are all free. We just charge 5% for each confirmed order, no hidden costs.
